  • XCode Life Sciences, India 

 

Analysing the oncogenic effects of germline mutations in various tumorigenic genes. SNP analysis of candidate genes was performed to determine Mendelian inheritance of the computationally predicted disease. GWAS integrator was used for inference on potential genetic association.

 

 

 

Research Project (Independent)

 

R library for studying pathological affect of genetic mutations. Package is under initial developmental stage and mutbase team invites people to contribute with their ideas and coding skills.
